We offer an online demonstration and can send you evaluation software that will download from our hosted CRM into the demonstration database of your own copy of Sage 50 accounts. Call us to get hold of the evaluation software and access to our CRM.

The software is already configured and should run immediately after copying to your local hard drive. The manual is in the docs folder and you should go to the setup page first to test if the connectiviity to both Sage and our hosted CRM is working properly.

The software is configured to work with your Sage 50 demo database and you may need to specify the location of this data in the sage.folder setting in your config file. The configuration is set for Windows XP and you will need to change the configuration file to a subfolder of c:\programdata\sage\accounts if you are using Windows 7.

Just a couple of installation issues to be aware of:

•  You may need to install the Sage ODBC drivers found in c:\program files\sage\accounts\ODBC32 if there are problems connecting to the Sage database.  
• You may need to call Sage for third party activation from the Tools-Activation menu in Sage. This is free but you will need details of your serial number.
