SYNC Accounting is a very simple software solution that creates a copy of the complete sales ledger, including full sales history and all invoices and credit notes, easily accessible by authorised users with a web browser. Sales documents are created as pdf documents for emailing to customers and colleagues.
SYNC is usually run once at the end of the working day to update the latest information and make it available to selected staff throughout the business. Enquiries to the accounting department are dramatically reduced once the business has access to sales ledger information and this is particularly useful where bookkeepers are not present every day of the working week.
A multi-company version of SYNC is available to bookkeepers who work for several clients and the sales ledger data can easily be distributed to each client as part of your regular bookkeeping service. We also offer a hosting service to provide sales ledger information online for bookkeepers and their clients which also provides invoice information and online payment facilities to the end customers.
