Redware Research Limited is based in the United Kingdom and we offer email support for all our products.

Typically our products are sold through our network of resellers and you should ask for support from your reseller in the first instance. Your reseller will respond directly if they can or contact us if necessary to escalate the query.

We offer email support if you bought your software directly from us and you should email support@redware.com in that instance. Please send a screenshot of your issue and details of any error messages.

All our software will create a log file in the program folder with a date format - perhaps 20200619.log. Please email this file to us together with your query and allow a few days for us to respond.

We prefer you to email your support issues. If you feel you have not had an adequate response please write to us or call +44 203 1799 4444 and log your support query.
