End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Redware Research Limited and applied from the date of installation of the software.The license applies to all of our software products including the Connector for Dynamics 365 and the Connector for Power BI.

License

You are licensed to use one copy of this software stored in one physical location on your computer or computer network. If you do not agree to the following terms of this license, please uninstall and remove all copies and request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. You may make backup copies of the software but you cannot circulate or distribute them in public.

Non-Transferable

The license is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to any other party. In addition, the software may be locked to a particular instance or combination of your hardware or software and you may need to apply to our support department to reinstall against a modified infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

The software is protected by the copyright laws of the U.S. and the U.K. and other countries and we retain all intellectual property rights. You may not separately publish, sell, market, distribute, lend, lease, rent, or sublicense the software code including the license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.

Subscription

This software is sold as a subscription as a service on an annual or monthly subscription and you receive software maintenance for the duration of your subscription which includes upgrades and improvements to the software. You can report defects or problems by email and terminate this agreement as the end of the contracted subscription term.

No Warranties

We do not warrant that the software or your ability to use it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No Liability for Damages

Your exclusive remedy under the above limited warranty shall be, at our option, either a full refund of the purchase price for the current subscription period or correction of the defective software. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential damages that arise under this license agreement. Nothing in this agreement limits our liability to you in the event of death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, fraud, or knowing misrepresentation on our part.
