Terms and Conditions
Our subscription software is billed annually or monthly at a subscription usually based on the number of users. We count the total number of users for Dynamics 365 for example, but discount over 50 users.
Monthly subscription is available but annual subscriptions are usually set at the price of 10 months monthly subscription so there is a 16.6% saving.
We will normally notify you if your subscription expires and allow you 30 days from the date of notification to make payment in full before we terminate the service.
Some software can be purchased as a one-off cost in which case we charge a 20% annual software maintenance fee to cover bug fixes and third line (or email) support.
We offer some software and services free of charge. However we may withdraw these services without notice at any time.
Unless you have a direct support contract with us, we offer third party support whereby you contact your reseller support in the first instance and we will correspond with them to provide you with a solution over a few days via email. If this does not resolve the problem, often we will take over and manage support for that one issue directly. We will need access to your systems (over a VPN if necessary) and occasionally under special circumstances, access to your accounts system or a backup thereof.
We accept no liability whatsoever for any malfunction or other issues with our software other than a refund of subscription fees for the affected time period.
We endeavour to fix any problem you encounter within 10 working days of notification to our support department.
