Connect your Accounting Data to SQL Database
Custom reporting from your accounting data can be difficult especially if your data is in the Cloud. Our SQL Connector copies your accounting data into a standard SQL relational database accessible from a variety of reporting tools. Tell your IT people - they have ben wanting this for years !x
Multi-company reporting is very achievable by copying multiple accounting databases into a central database allowing easy multi-company accounting reports for a Group of related Companies. Accounting and financial practises can offer specialised reporting to unrelated companies from a single SQL Database using our Connector.
Mostly we support the MySQL or SQL Server database but we can also connect to other relational databases. If you do not have your own infrastructure we can host a dedicated database for you.
We can extract your accounting data from Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage 50C and Sage 200 accounting databases and massage the data and copy into a MySQL or SQL Server database. We also have a Dynamics 365 Connector if you use Microsoft CRM.
We synchronise data for Customers, Suppliers, Products, and Nominals together with all associated Invoices, Credit Notes and Purchase Orders. Sales and Purchase documents are stored down to each individual line item for analysis by Product code. Nominal Transactions and Payments are also copied so you can analyse Trial Balance and Balance Sheet transactions and make cashflow forecasts. You have full access to the database and can integrate with your own systems and reporting tools.
Our ready-made Power BI report used in our Power BI Connector is included as part of the SQL Connector subscription. It illustrates nicely all the data available to you once you push your data into a SQL Database. Please see the Power BI report below which is a multi-company report with sample data from 12 different accounting databases. We have downloaded data multiple accounting databases and you can use the "Legal Entity" filter on the Power BI report to select one or more Companies for the accounting reports:
- Sage 50C - IE, UK, NZ, SA, AU
- QuickBooks online - US, UK, CA, and DE.
- Xero - US, UK, AU, and NZ.
- Sage 200 - UK.

Your accounting data should be the definitive record of your company performance which you can now unlock from your accounting system and integrate with all your systems. We are working on a customer portal to offer web access to your customers showing their sales history. Our Stripe Payment Gateway allows your customers to provide their Credit Card or Bank Details securely and for you to take payments automatically.
Redware are Billing experts and we can automate your regular invoicing using the SQL Connector. You can generate hundreds of invoice transactions monthly and create invoices automatically in your accounting system. We have been doing this for years with our Dynamics 365 Connector and our Telecoms Billing web service with a variety of companies including many membership organisations.
Pricing is £95/$115/$155 on a monthly subscription and you can commission consultancy from us to help your IT Team or consultant. You pay for ten months on an annual subscription (£950/$1,150/$1,550) and you can copy accounting data from two companies for an additional 50%, or an additional five additional companies for double the subscription fee.
